Refund Policy – Fahd Asmar Shoes Trading

1. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible to request a refund in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received a different item than what you ordered

  • You wish to return the product within the allowed period


2. Refund Period

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order

  • After 14 days, refunds may not be guaranteed


3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • A proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided


4. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank transfer, cash)

  • Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is from our side


5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund:

  1. Email your request to returns@fahdasmar.com

  2. Include your order number and photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

  3. Our customer service team will respond within 1–2 business days


6. Exceptions

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked as such)
